JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order:-

(2.) In pursuance the aforesaid order, the respondents had set up a Medical Board comprising two Psychiatrists and a Gynaecologist at Base Hospital, ITB Police, Tigri Camp, New Delhi. The medical opinion of the aforesaid Board, handed over today in Court, reads as under:-

(3.) From the aforesaid report, it is apparent that the petitioner's wife is leading a normal healthy life.
