(2.) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of. Heard Mr.Sudhir Nandrajog, learned senior counsel along with Mr.Amit Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) The singular grievance that has been agitated in this writ petition is that the competent authority by order dated 23.3.2011 has rejected the prayer for cross-examination of the witnesses. Be it noted, this is the second round of litigation. This Court, on earlier occasion in WP(C)No.4602/2010 on 20.1.2011, had passed the following order:
