(2.) CLAIM in the suit is to partition property bearing Municipal No.6/50, W.E.A. Karol Bagh, Delhi.

(3.) IT is apparent that the foundation of the suit was by way of inheritance to the estate admittedly in the name of Bakshi Ram Bajaj.
