THE petitioner applied for transfer of membership in her name on 24.10.1999 and respondent No. 2 society processed the case of the petitioner and issued a fresh share certificate in the name of the petitioner on 20.10.2002. THE name of the petitioner was forwarded by the society to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies (for short, RCS?) with all the requisite documents as in the case of other members.
