CHARANJIT LAL GOGIA Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of late Sangeeta Gogia.

(2.) The deceased, Sangeeta Gogia expired on 9th June, 2009. At the time of her death, the deceased was a permanent resident of 1/9274, Gali No. 7, West Rohtas Nagar, Delhi -110032. The original death certificate of the deceased is on record.

(3.) The deceased was unmarried at the time of her death and is survived by her parents, who are the only Class I legal heirs of the deceased.
