As far as prayer 'A' in the petition is concerned, the learned senior counsels appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 have brought to my notice the order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) No.11164/2018 titled Justice for Rights Foundation vs. Union of India and the order dated 09.04.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) No.7123/2018 titled Nikhil Bhalla vs. Union of India & Ors., to submit that a similar prayer has earlier been refused by the Division Benches of this Court.
