(1.) Crl.M.A. No. 6164/2010 in Bail Application No. 837/2010 Exemption from filing of certified copies of Annexures as prayed for is granted subject to all just exceptions. Bail Application No. 837/2010 The petitioners are five married sisters-in-law of deceased Amarjeet Kaur, who died in her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage on 08.03.2010. They seek their prearrest bail in criminal case under Sections 498- A/304-B/34 Indian Penal Code got registered against them and other members of their family by the brother of the deceased vide FIR No. 49/2010 at Police Station Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.
