JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, who seeks his anticipatory bail in a criminal case under Sections 406/498-A/34 IPC against him vide FIR No. 38/2009 with Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, is the husband of the complainant.

(2.) Mr. R.N. Vats, Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice of this bail application on behalf of the State. Mr. B.S. Sharma is also present on behalf of the complainant.
