(1.) Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Amit Sibal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that he wishes to argue the petition without a reply based on the documents filed by the petitioner and admitted documents which ought to have been placed on record by the petitioner. These being: the review petition No. 1200/2002 filed in the Supreme Court; the order dated 25.03.2010 and the supplementary agreement executed between the parties entitled "This First Supplementary Agreement" dated 03 .02.2009 (hereinafter referred to in short as 'the supplementary agreement').

Mr. Chaudhary, the learned senior counsel who appears for the petitioner, on instructions, has submitted that he would have no difficulty if the Court were to examine the said documents as the existence of these documents is not in dispute. 3. I, therefore, proceed to dispose of the captioned petition.
(3.) Briefly in the petition, the relief sought for is as follows:
