JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C in a case F.I.R. No. 366/2000 of police station I.P. Estate. As per prosecution's own showing on 7.9.2000 two washing machines were recovered from Ameen Alaudeen. He was arrested and granted bail and the petitioner is now sought to be arrested in the same case. Under the circumstances petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the eventuality of his arrest on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/I.O. Dasti. Petition allowed.
