JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Justice A.K. Samantaray, President -None appears for the appellant. Heard Mr. R.K. Patnaik, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) SINCE it is an old appeal of 1998 and in the meantime more than a decade has passed, we dispose it of on merit on perusal of the appeal memo and the L.C.R. and on hearing Mr. Patnaik.

(3.) THE opposite party before the District Forum, Jagatsinghpur in C.D. Case No. 281 of 1997 is the appellant before us and the complainant in the said C.D. Case is respondent here in this appeal.
