JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner also as an eligible candidate for the post of HOD in Modern Office Management Subject in the advertisement that was published on 23.12.2015 by the respondent No.2-Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission.

(2.) This court while entertaining the writ petition on 006.2016 has passed an order as to any appointment, if made, on the post of HOD in the Modern Office Management shall be subject to final outcome of this petition.

(3.) Pursuant to the said interim protection, till date the respondents have not issued an order of appointment to the respondent No.3 though he has been found selected for the said post.
