JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order of recovery passed by the Zila Sahakari Kendriya Bank, Raipur.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that petitioners may be allowed to make representation before the respondent Bank for redressal of their grievances.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
