JUDGEMENT

(1.) The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 20/05/2010 passed by the learned Commissioner, Bilaspur in revision case No. 39/A-89/2009-10. The challenge also is to the order passed by the Additional Collector, Raigarh in case No. 36/A-89/2008-09 on 16/03/2009.

(2.) The facts which led to the filing of the present Writ Petition is that, the respondent No.4 initiated steps for filling up the post of Anganbadi Worker and the dispute in the present Writ Petition evolves around the selection of Anganbadi Worker for Anganbadi Centre, Parasrampur under Gram Panchayat, Nandigaon falls under Janpad Panchayat, Baramkela, District Raigarh.

(3.) The petitioner, respondent No.5 and another person had applied for the said post.
