(1.) As MCRC No. 4328/2017, MCRC No. 4330/2017 and MCRC No. 4346/2017 arise out of same incident and crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

(3.) The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested 21-2-2017 in connection with Crime No. 57/2017 registered in PS Durg, Distt. Durg (CG) for offence punishable under Sections 294, 341, 147, 148, 149, 186, 353, 427, 435, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.
