JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is against the judgment by which the learned Single Judge declined to interfere with the disciplinary proceedings against a police constable.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and the learned Additional Advocate General.

(3.) It is not disputed that at the relevant point of time, the Madhya Pradesh Police Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the 'Regulations') governed the field and with the passage of time, Chhattisgarh Police Regulations are in place.
