(2.) From a perusal of the affidavit, it transpires that the chart (Annexure D-10) pertaining to all the districts of Chhattisgarh clearly indicates that a total of 38,439 applications have been received across 6,861 schools.
(3.) It is further reflected that the total number of seats available under the RTE is 21,698. Out of the applications received, 2,045 are presently pending consideration, 7,066 applications have been rejected, and 25,550 applications have been duly approved.
