JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present MCC has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dtd. 07/04/2025 passed in WPS No.2320/2025 on the ground that due to clerical error, the contents of the entire order has been passed in respect of other case and now the petitioner is seeking the similar order as has been passed in WPS No.2225/2025.

(2.) No objection from other side.

(3.) Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the order dtd. 07/04/2025 passed in WPS No.2320/2025 from para 1 to 6 is hereby modified and passed the following order from para 1 onwards.
