JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Sachin Nidhi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Shailendra Sharma, learned learned Panel Lawyer. for the State/respondent No. 1 as well as Shri Shashwat Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.

(2.) As per the report of the Mediation Center dtd. 5/6/2025, mediation between the parties has failed, hence this Court proceeds to decide the matter finally.
