JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.440/2013 registered at Police Station Pulgaon, District Durg for alleged commission of offence under Sec. 406, 507/34 of IPC.

(3.) Prosecution case is that he applicant acting as an agent of M/s S.N.D. Iron Ore Privale Limited, Sinar, M.H. entered into business transaction for supply of Sponge Iron and it is alleged that as against total cost of Rs. 59,24,092.00, M/s S.N.D. Iron Ore Private Limited has paid only Rs. 27,17,791.00 and balance of Rs. 32,06,301.00 has not been paid with the dishonest intention. The applicant is involved in the case, as he was an agent of M/s S.N. 3. Iron Ore Private Limited, to whom, sponge iron is supplied.
