(2.) THE applicant has moved this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular ball in connection with Crime No.192/2014 registered at Police Station Baikuntpur District Korea for offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

(3.) ALLEGATION against the present applicant is that the applicant has obtained Rs.2,90,000/ - from the complainant namely, Dilkunwar W/o Bhagwat Sahu to provide employment to her son and thereby committed the aforesaid offence.
