(1.) As the issues raised in all the captioned writ petitions are common, those were taken up for hearing analogously and are being disposed of by this common order.
(2.) In these batch of writ petitions, the petitioners who are aspirants for the post of Teacher (English Subject) E Cadre and Teacher (English Subject) T Cadre and who belong to reserved categories, have challenged the impugned decision taken by Joint Director, Education Department whereby candidature of the petitioners has been rejected on the ground that they have secured lesser than 55% marks in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (in short CTET), otherwise they were found eligible.
(3.) The short question involved in these petitions is that "is it mandatory to secure 55% or above marks in CTET for reserved category to come within eligibility criteria for the post of Teacher, whereas State Government has relaxed the criteria for candidates belonging to same categories, who secured 50% in C.G. Teachers Eligibility Test (in short CGTET)?"
