JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is defendants miscellaneous appeal filed under Order 43, Rule 1 (u) of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short "CPC") against the order dated 17.09.2013 pas.sed by First Additional District Judge, Bilaspur in Civil Appeal No. 14-A/2011 by which the first appellate court has allowed the appeal filed by the plaintiffs.
