JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that he has filed I.A. No. 16/2021, application under Order 22 Rule 4 of CPC for bringing legal representatives of respondent No. 1-Motilal namely Vimla Devi, Raman Agrawal, Prakash Agrawal, Viash Agrawal, Monika Agrawal and Archana Agrawal on record.

(2.) On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

(3.) Learned counsel for the appellants would further submit that he has filed I.A. No. 08/2019, application under Order 22 Rule 4 of CPC for bringing legal representatives of respondent No. 2 (a)-Jagwa namely Rojan Manjhi and Udit Manjhi on record.
