JUDGEMENT

(2.) This is the second application filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.103/2022 registered at Police Station Mandir Hasoud, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Ss. 21-(B), 22-(C) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

(3.) The earlier application of the applicant was dismissed, as withdrawn vide order dtd. 12/5/2022 passed in MCRC No.3832 of 2022 with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the seizure witnesses.
