(2.) This writ appeal is presented against an order dtd. 8/1/2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 757 of 2016, allowing the writ petition, whereby charge-sheet dtd. 14/8/2015 and subsequent termination order dtd. 3/3/2016 have been set aside.
