(1.) Heard Mr. Shantam Awasthi, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Ms. Astha Shukla, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents No. 1, 3, 5 and 6 and Mr. Sanjay Patel, learned counsel, appearing for respondents No. 2 and 4.

(2.) This appeal is directed against an order dtd. 21/2/2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, by which the learned Single Judge disposed of two writ petitions, being WPS No. 6576 of 2021 and WPS No. 6742 of 2021.
