JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) These are the three applications filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.184/2021 registered at Police Station Chakarbhata, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Ss. 294, 323, 506, 302, 307, 325, 147, 148, 149 and 114 of the IPC.

(3.) As per the prosecution story, on 5/9/2021, one Ashok Das Manikpuri and complainant Vinod Sahu were sitting near Shiv Temple, Mandriha Talab. At that time, 3 to 4 persons came and started assaulting both of them with lathi, due to which, they sustained grievous injuries. Ashok Das Manikpuri was taken to Bilha Hospital and from there, he was referred to the CIMS Hospital, Bilaspur. On 14/9/2021, he died during treatment. On the above basis, the offence has been registered.
