JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) This is the second application filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.34/2022 registered at Police Station Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sec. 21(C) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

(3.) The earlier application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dtd. 10/5/2022 passed in MCRC No.4110 of 2022 with liberty to revive the the prayer after examination of the seizure witnesses.
