JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Bharat Gulabani, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Astha Shukla, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3 as well as respondent No. 4.

(2.) The respondent No. 2 issued an e-tender (No. 90498) for construction of a school building "Prayas Awasiya School Bhavan" at District Jashpur with an estimated cost of Rs.726.40 lakhs.
