JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed claiming for the following reliefs:

(2.) The impugned order Annexure P-1 which is under challenge in the present writ petition is the select list that has been published by the respondent State for filling up of the post of Store Clerk/Store Keeper/Record Clerk.

(3.) The advertisement for filling up of the said posts was published on 19/9/2017. The petitioner seems to be fulfilling the eligibility criteria applied for the same and he was called for written test to be held on 3/12/2017. The results of the written test were declared on 9/1/2018. The objections on the results published were called upon by 18/1/2018. Thereafter as per the conditions of the advertisement skill test was also convened on 11/2/2018.
