JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) This writ petition has been brought praying for issuance of appropriate writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct supplementary exams for the petitioners for the course of Diploma in Modern and Holistic Medicines (PMHM).

(3.) The petitioners have taken admissions in the respective course in the institutes of respondents No. 4, 5 and 6 between 2001-03. This diploma course was duly approved by Chhattisgarh Medical Council. The petitioner could not clear and pass in all the subjects in the three years course. Earlier the respondent No. 2 has conducted supplementary exams for the unsuccessful students for some terms, but by a letter dtd. 20/9/2013 Annexure-P5 Respondent No. 2 has refused to organise supplementary exams and directed respondent No. 7 to conduct supplementary exams in PMHM course. Respondent No. 7 has the obligation to organise and conduct supplementary exams.
