JUDGEMENT

(1.) Legality and propriety of the order dated 19.03.2012 passed by the Collector, Rajnandgaon in Revenue Case No. 37-B/121/2010-11 whereby the applicant's application under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short "the Act") has been rejected is under assail in the instant revision. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the amount of compensation awarded by the Collector, Land Acquisition under Section 11 of the Act, applicant has moved an application under Section 18 of the Act for determination of compensation by the Court.

(2.) The Collector vide order impugned dismissed the above application holding compensation awarded is not inadequate.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order impugned.
