JUDGEMENT

(2.) The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.221/2020, registered at Police Station Tarbahar, District Bilaspur for offence punishable under Sections 354D, 294, 506 of the I.P.C.

(3.) As per the written complaint lodged by the prosecutrix on 22-10- 2020, the applicant outraged her modesty on an earlier occasion for which Cr.No.374/2019 has been registered against him at Police Station Tarbahara, District Bilaspur. In order to pressurize the prosecutrix to withdraw the allegations, applicant is stalking and outraged her modesty by regularly attending the Bank without any work and this happened on 21-10-2020 also. The applicant is also involved in chasing the prosecutrix during her movement from her house to Bank and return.
