JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.123/2020, registered at Police Station Bastar District Bastar Jagdalpur C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) (II) (C) of the NDPS Act.

(3.) While traveling in Wagon-R vehicle bearing registration No.CG-15-B-1724 the accused persons were found in joint illicit possession of 21 kgs. of ganja on 5-8-2020.
