JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A. No.01/2021, an application for grant of interim protection.

(2.) The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Sec. 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.155/2021, registered at Police Station - Bhilai Nagar, District - Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sec. 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) In this MCRCA, the applicant has filed an application for grant of interim protection (I.A. No.1/2021) mentioning that marriage of applicant's sister - Monika Rani, is to be held on 18-11-2021, therefore, applicant may be granted temporary protection for the period of 17-11-2021 to 19-11-2021.
