(2.) THIS writ appeal has been filed against the order dated 29.09.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (c) No.5820/11 dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner/appellant herein against the order dated 31.05.2011 passed by respondent No.1 in Case No.497/03.

(3.) ON the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has supported the orders passed by the learned Single Judge and the respondent No.1.
