JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Case-Diary of Crime No. 2/2001 of Police Station Gole-Bazar, Raipur for offences punishable under Section 457/380, I.P.C. perused.

(2.) This order shall dispose of M. Cr. C. No. 957 of 2001(Devendra Nath Dubey v. The State of Chhattisgarh) and M. Cr. C. No. 1048/2001(Sunil Soni v. The State of Chhattisgarh.

(3.) True it is that the theft relates to a sum of Rs. 2,78,000/- and odds but the fact cannot be lost sight of that almost Rs. 2,15,000/- has already been recovered and each of the applicant is in jail for last five months.
