JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2019, registered at Police Station Charcha, Koriya (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 450 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Applicant has allegedly committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix, aged about 68 years. The incident happened at about 7.00 pm on 21-3-2019 for which First Information Report (FIR) was lodged at about 12.30 pm on the very next day i.e. 22-3-2019.
