JUDGEMENT

(1.) As similar contentions have been raised and the factual matrix in all the matters are similar, the matters are disposed of by a common order.

(2.) The petitioners in all these petitions are traders carrying on business at the Yeshwanthapura Market Yard and the similar reliefs that have been sought for relating to:

The main grievance of the petitioners and traders who were hitherto carrying on business at the Yeshwanthapura Market Yard is that the Market Yard at Dasanapura is not complete in all respects and without providing all facilities at Dasanapura, the decision to direct the petitioners to shift to the Dasanapura Market Yard to carry on their marketing activities was objected to.
