JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant-State challenging the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Belthangady in C.C.No.607/2014 dated 25.10.2017.

(2.) I have heard the learned High Court Government Pleader for the appellant and Sri I.G.Gachchinamath, learned Senior Counsel for respondent-accused.

(3.) Though this case is posted for admission, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the same is taken up for final disposal.
