JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mfa.No.10539/2013 is filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation and MFA.No.8961/2013 is filed by the Insurance Company challenging the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal.

(2.) Both the appeals are directed against the judgment and award dated 20.06.2013 passed in MVC.No.8119/2010 on the file of the MACT at Bengaluru, wherein a total compensation of Rs.7,30,000/- has been awarded for the death of one Smt.Manjula in a road traffic accident involving an Auto bearing registration No.KA03-B-2175 and a Maruthi Omni bearing registration No.KA01-N-6750.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company.
