JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, in this petition has raised a question with regard to continuation of criminal proceedings on the ground of jurisdiction.

(2.) Petitioner, has challenged FIR No.7/2018 registered against him on 5th January 2018 in Sanjaynagar Police Station, Bengaluru City.

(3.) Complainant, M.V.Murali Krishna, filed a complaint against petitioner stating inter alia that complainant and petitioner were partners of a firm called M/s.Sky Talk Communications along with other four partners. The firm was reconstituted and petitioner's brother was inducted as a partner. Subsequently, complainant and petitioner's brother retired from the partnership firm in 2010. Thereafter, business was being run by petitioner and his wife.
