The name of this petitioner is not forthcoming in the First Information Report. However, the order passed by the trial Court while dismissing the petition discloses that this petitioner also called by the Police for the purpose of examining him. In fact, on 14.01.2016, the petitioner had appeared before the Police and given his statement and police have completed all the procedural aspects. It is contended that in spite of that, police are making all efforts to include/implicate this petitioner into the crime and attempting to arrest him for the reasons best known to them.
