(2.) Mfa No.1259/2016 C/w MFA No.2160 are filed by the Insurance Company and MFA No.2166/2016 and MFA No.2167/2016 are filed by the claimants against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2015 made in ECA No.57/2014 and ECA No.58/2014 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge and MACT-V, Davanagere.
