JUDGEMENT

(2.) Petitioner is accused No.3 in Crime No.14/2019 of Kodekal police station of Yadigir District. The said case was registered initially against the unknown accused for the offences punishable under sections 457 and 380 Indian Penal Code on the basis of the complaint of CW.1 alleging that, during the intervening night of 16/17-03-2019 somebody have committed lurking house trespass in Anjaneya temple and theft of Anjaneya statue, cash of Rs.1,000/-, silver wears of the deity worth Rs.1600/-.

(3.) According to the prosecution, during the investigation on 27-03-2019 accused Nos.2 to 7 were arrested and their interrogation revealed the involvement of themselves and other accused in the case. Ultimately charge sheet is filed against 13 accused.
