JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though this appeal is listed to consider the application filed for seeking transfer of lower Court records to the Tribunal, with the consent of learned counsel on both the sides, it is heard finally.

(2.) This appeal is filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation by assailing the judgment and award passed in MVC.No.325/2013 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-XII, at Ballari.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to in terms of their status before the Tribunal.
