JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner, the then Senior Grade Manager in Punjab National Bank, Tumkur Branch, is grieving before the writ court against the impugned order of dismissal from service, the departmental appeal and the Review against the same having been negatived. After service of notice, the respondents having entered appearance through their Panel Counsel, resist the Writ Petition.
