JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though this matter is listed for admission, with the consent of learned counsel on both sides, the same is heard and disposed of finally.

(2.) This appeal is preferred against the judgment and award dated 01.03.2016 in MVC No.13/2014 seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Tribunal.
