JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though these appeals are listed for admission, with the consent of learned counsel on both sides, the matters are taken up for final disposal.

(2.) These appeals are preferred against the judgment and award rendered by the Tribunal in MVC No.4/2014 dated 23.04.2015. MFA No.7291/2015 is filed by the appellants/claimants seeking enhancement of compensation and MFA No.5616/2015 is filed by the appellant/insurance company on the question of liability.
